Yup! You heard me right... I said quickly, and yeah, it is possible. Channel your mind and let’s consciously boost our confidence together.


Low Confidence is an obstacle. It makes us doubt who we are! Therefore, absorbing negative energy and succumbing to mediocrity.


There’s always this feeling of being comfortable and scared of stepping out of your comfort zone into the real world. The real world is filled with risks and challenges, and only those with tough skins, scale through these challenges and risks.


I’ve been scared all my life. Scared of getting hurt. Scared of making mistakes. Scared that, I’ll never get back up when I fail. Then, I met someone who made me realize that I’m tougher than I look.


We all need that someone. Who’s going to hold us by our hand and whisper these words whenever we shy away from our responsibilities.


“You can do it ! I know you can ! You know you can !”


Here are Some Tips on How to Develop Confidence


  • Make that mistake! No one’s perfect. Take that risk , learn from the experience. It’ll only make you stronger.

  • Speak up. Ask that question that’s on your mind. You might stutter at first but it’s okay. Sharing that idea is better than shutting your mouth .

  • Remind yourself of your positive qualities. No one can do it better than you. Dig deep and remind yourself of who you truly are and your unique capabilities .

  • Evaluate and reevaluate your relationships with people. Make sure your relationship with friends and family is healthy and in good shape .

  • Remember that everyone is fighting their own battles. Own your weaknesses and strengths. You might think people are watching your every move but they’re actually not .

  • Own your body and prioritize your mental health. Practice self love. Love your physique, hit the gym and make sure you adopt new habits that’ll induce positive energy.

  • Get rid of procrastination. It’s doing more harm than good . Get yourself a To-Do List and follow it up . Procrastinating activities builds fear and anxiety.

  • Learn to trust your intuition. Be focused and align with yourself.
